ON-THE-ROAD FITNESS AS EASY AS A RUN IN THE PARK

Montréal's Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth understands that maintaining a fitness routine while traveling is difficult. Guests wanting to get off the treadmill and take their workout outside can join the complimentary Running Club. A biweekly run led by Management fitness nuts of this landmark hotel takes away the guesswork of finding a route that's both scenic and time-sensitive. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, runners meet at 6:40 a.m. in the Lobby for a four-mile jog through Old Montreal, the Latin Quarter, on Mount-Royal or along the Lachine Canal returning by 7:30 a.m. Guests who want to discover the city at a slower pace can join the Walking Club (same schedule as the Running Club). Guests who prefer to go their own way are handed a map of the best running or walking routes.
